Laurianne da Cruz is an Erickson Professional Coach with an equity, diversity, and inclusion certificate who specializes in coaching clients in prioritization and achieving their goals. She also assists those wanting to learn new skills. In addition to having growing one-on-one sessions experiences with both coaches and non-coaches, she is an avid vision chaser with a firm belief in the potential for people to be what they seek and want to be.
On this rests one of her reasons for coaching and creating Nova Aspara. She is a Master of Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in social change leadership graduate, as well as a psychology and sociology graduate in the pursuit of her need to understand the human experience and the different mental processes involved in thoughts, emotions, and physiology which can influence people's perception of their environment. It was also an opportunity to simply learn and experience, then transfer these skills to an occupation that could benefit others best.
Volunteering and travelling the world while assisting those that seek to grow into their best selves is one of Laurianne's visions. With a deep drive for new experiences, an intercultural worldview, and a flexible mindset, you can trust that you will receive a valuable solution-focused session to meet your goals at Nova Aspara.
