The sessions are typically conducted via a well-know coaching platform Zoom. Other platforms can be used in case technical issues arise namely: the HIPPA compliant platform WebEx. I have completed courses and received credits for best practices in telepsychology with the American Psychological Association and understand its implication for certain cases.
In regards to your self-investment for a coaching session, rates vary depending on the type of coaching session package you choose.
